形態特徵

Erect or scrambling shrubs, with sessile glands present on many parts of the plants; stems covered with fine patent hairs, and with usually sparse straight to curved prickles.
Leaves up to 15 cm long, imparipinnate; leaflets usually 3–7, ovate to ovate- oblong, sometimes lanceolate, the lateral leaflets 1.5–5 cm long, the terminal leaflets up to 10 cm long, apex obtuse to long-tapering, base acute to rounded, margin biserrate, both surfaces patently soft-hairy and sometimes with few small prickles on the midrib; stipules linear, 4–8 mm long, sparsely hairy.
Flowers solitary or few in the axils of Leaves or on the terminal branches and sometimes on the side branches; calyx 4–6 mm across, with patent hairs and many sessile glands outside; calyx-lobes linear triangular, up to 15 mm long, long-pointed, woolly inside; petals oblong to broadly ovate, 6–14 mm long, 6–12 mm wide, obtuse, shortly hairy outside; pistils up to 2 mm long, ovary usually with some sessile glands.
Collective fruits ovoid to ellipsoid, up to 2 cm across, red when ripe.

台灣 : Taiwan, in forest-edges, roadsides, and landsides at low to medium altitudes.
世界 : Continental Asia (Assam, Cambodia, Vietnam), Malesia (Java, Borneo, Philippines, Celebes, New Guinea), Bougainville I., New Britain, New Hebrides, New Caledonia, Australia.
